After choosing several classes and repeatedly applying to the teacher, he got the opportunity to study "Sun Tzu's Art of War" class with Chinese students.
Wang Fugui is at home in Cuba overseas. He encountered many problems during the cloud "certification" stage, but the most difficult one was that the instructional video could not be played.Teacher Zhang Xiaofeng thought of a way and proposed setting up a mutual aid group to help students like Wang Fugui who encountered difficulties in online learning, which received a lot of response from the students.A learning mutual aid group consisting of 12 students was soon established to help answer various learning questions. Wang Fugui became the first student in the learning mutual aid group to receive help. They communicated with Wang Fugui through WeChat to help solve problems.
What should I do if the teaching video cannot be played? The group members brainstormed and came up with many practical solutions. Considering that recording videos with screen recording software has various problems such as unclear image quality, large files, and complicated operations, the group members finally chose to use Python to download the MOOC course locally, package it in chapters and send it to Wang Fugui’s email. I can study the course, but I cannot log in to the MOOC website to take the quizzes after each chapter. Team members helped him take the quiz and check his answers by taking screenshots.
For international students, it is really difficult to learn the profound thoughts of an ancient Chinese military book from 2,500 years ago. For example, historical allusions such as "killing beautiful generals" and "thousands of years of litigation" left Monk Wang Fugui Zhanger scratching his head. He shares his doubts with group members and always gets positive responses immediately.Teacher Zhang Xiaofeng also paid special attention to this international student who loves traditional culture, taught him in accordance with his aptitude, and gave him careful guidance.
