Dong Xiucheng: Since the reform and opening up, my country's w88 casino and gas circulation industry has gone through the following four stages.
The first stage is the initial stage of reform and opening up (1978~1989). At this stage, the core of the reform and opening up of my country's oil industry is to decentralize power and transfer profits. By taking the lead in adopting the output lump sum policy and various forms of contract management responsibility systems, it has stimulated the internal vitality of the industry and enterprises; in the field of offshore oil, it was the first to break the traditional restrictions and start China's comprehensive opening up to the outside world for cooperation. For the first time, the country has successively established three major petroleum companies. China's petroleum industry has basically formed a pattern of independent operations based on the three major companies onshore, offshore and petrochemicals. The three major companies are separated upstream and downstream, and sea and land are separated. At the same time, as national oil companies, they also perform some management functions. Domestic oil circulation channels are provincial and municipal oil companies under the Ministry of Commerce system, while foreign oil w88 still implements state control policies and is operated by China National Chemical Import and Export Corporation.
The second stage is the initial establishment of the market economy management system (1989~1998). Dong Xiucheng: I think we should focus on solving the following problems. First, we must promote market-oriented price reforms. After the abolition of the "two measures", the next step should be the complete market-oriented reform of refined w88 casino prices. Theoretically, there are two modes of price liberalization: First, the government issues relevant regulations and implements w88 casino price intervention policies in extreme circumstances, such as when a major natural disaster causes tight market supply.
