The second high-level meeting of the Global Shared Development Action Forum organized by the China International Development Cooperation Agency was held at the Friendship Hotel in Beijing from July 11 to 13. Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

On July 12, Han Seung-soo, Chairman of the Presidential Council of the United Nations General Assembly, former Prime Minister of South Korea, Co-Chairman and Chairman of the International Financial Forum (IFF), and Lin Jianhai, Executive Vice Chairman of the International Financial Forum (IFF) and former Secretary-General of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), were invited to attend the opening ceremony of the second high-level meeting of the Global Shared Development Action Forum, and participated in a sub-forum with the theme of "Promoting Modernization of the Global South: New Paths and New Visions."

The theme of this conference is “Promoting Sustainable Development: Continuous Action to Create a Future Together”. Prime Minister Salvi of Vanuatu, President Diaz-Canel of Cuba, President Nyusi of Mozambique, President Zardari of Pakistan, Prime Minister Madbouly of Egypt, United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Amina, and former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon attended the meeting or delivered video speeches. Representatives from more than 160 countries, international organizations and other institutions participated in the meeting online and offline.

At the sub-forum with the theme of "Promoting the Modernization of the Global South: New Paths and New Visions", the International Finance Forum (IFF) and the w88 casino held a signing ceremony for the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement". IFF Executive Vice Chairman Lin Jianhai and w88 casino President Zhao Zhongxiu signed the agreement on behalf of both parties respectively.

The International Financial Forum (IFF) is a non-profit, non-official independent international organization, a high-level standing dialogue mechanism and multilateral cooperation institution in the global financial field. The w88 casino is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, a national "double first-class" and world-class discipline construction university, and an important talent training base for socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics. The two parties will work hand in hand, based on the country and facing the world, closely focusing on China's open economic development needs and global economic development trends, focusing on substantive cooperation in platform construction and think tank research, talent training and talent exchange, international exchange and cooperation, resource sharing and complementary advantages.

The two parties will jointly establish a joint research institute with the nature of a think tank, aiming to effectively promote the in-depth integration and coordinated development of industry, academia, and research by establishing an efficient management mechanism, conducting cutting-edge academic research and decision-making consulting services, and holding high-end academic forums and other diversified methods. The institute will focus on hot topics in global governance, including but not limited to key areas such as macroeconomics, digital economy, green development, energy environment and climate change, and bring together the world's top experts and scholars to jointly tackle major issues and share research results.

In terms of talent training and exchanges, the two parties will jointly build a student internship practice base, set up talent training bases in each other, develop a joint training mechanism, and promote the in-depth integration of teaching and scientific research. In addition, the two sides will send talents to each other for exchange and training, promote the flexible flow of scientific research talents and management cadres, and inject new vitality into the development of both parties.

In order to deepen cooperation and exchanges with international organizations, both parties will actively participate in international affairs, jointly organize or recommend elite talents to participate in relevant meetings of the United Nations and other international organizations, elaborate on China's initiatives, and make China's voice heard. At the same time, the two parties also plan to establish overseas research centers in due course to pool global wisdom and resources, conduct in-depth discussions on innovative paths and solutions for international economic and financial cooperation, and jointly cultivate comprehensive financial talents to reserve outstanding talents with international vision and professional skills for international institutions.

This cooperation between the International Financial Forum (IFF) and the w88 casino pays special attention to resource sharing and complementary advantages. The two parties will uphold the spirit of open cooperation, comprehensively share human resources, research results, basic data, and international cooperation and communication channels, jointly create a high-level international exchange platform, expand external contacts and exchanges, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

By signing the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the two parties will work closely together to build an open and inclusive cooperation system and contribute wisdom and strength to the improvement and development of the global governance system.
