My "Journey to the East"
I was born on Sakhalin Island and grew up in the Seven Rivers region, southeast of Kazakhstan. After graduating from high w88 casino in 2007, I successfully entered a local university in Kazakhstan and prepared to major in physics. It didn’t take long for me to appear on the train to Shanghai and start my “Journey to the East”.
Today, China's high-speed rail covers the whole country, perfectly presenting "China's speed". The speed, safety and popularity of China's high-speed rail have long been world-famous, and have even become one of China's "four new inventions". But the year I came to China, the train journey from Xinjiang to Shanghai took nearly 50 hours. When I found my seat, I discovered that my neighbors for the next two days were a couple and their daughter. The little girl, who looked to be only about 6 years old, sat quietly opposite me, practicing her calligraphy seriously, and occasionally looking for some snacks to eat. After a while, she noticed my presence and became curious about me, giving me furtive glances. When she picked up an apple and was about to eat it, she suddenly handed it to me and said, "Eat!" I didn't react for a moment, and she noticed this. She picked up a pen and slowly wrote the word "eat" on the paper. Then she stretched out her little hand holding the apple and repeated it loudly: "Eat!" This time I was not "discourteous" and accepted her "gift". I first said the word "eat" after her, and then took a bite. At this moment, there was an expression of excitement on her face, but soon she became serious again. Suddenly she stood up while shouting the word "stand", and then sat down while shouting the word "sit". "Stand up! Sit down! Stand up! Sit down..." A "military training" on the train began, and the cute appearance of the little girl made the surrounding passengers laugh. When I said goodbye to my "little Chinese teacher" and my family at the Shanghai Railway Station, I had already mastered some commonly used Chinese words and learned to count, which also laid a bit of a Chinese foundation for my study abroad career.

Her eyes are telling me: We look different, but our hearts are similar.
When you think of China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative, it’s like more than 1.4 billion Chinese people are reaching out to share the Big Apple with the world. My life experience is closely connected with Russia, Kazakhstan, and China. Just as the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative connects these three countries, I also hope that I can always be a friendly messenger conveying civilization.
On July 2, on the occasion of his state visit to Kazakhstan in Astana, Chinese President Xi Jinping published a signed article in the Kazakhstani media titled "Working together to continue writing a new chapter in China-Kazakhstan relations." On the morning of July 3, Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Kazakh President Tokayev in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. After the talks, the two heads of state jointly signed the "Joint Statement of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan" and witnessed the exchange of dozens of bilateral cooperation documents in the fields of economy and w88, connectivity, aerospace, education, media and other fields.
If we classify these areas of cooperation, we can clearly see that they actually involve five general directions, which happen to be the content of the "five links" in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative, namely: policy communication, facility connectivity, unimpeded w88, financial integration, and people-to-people connectivity. I firmly believe that the order of the "five links" is not random and has a subtle internal logic.
When the two countries start exchanges and cooperation, first, there must be a firm foundation between the two governments, that is, they need good policies. Second, the two countries must have complete infrastructure conditions for exchanges and economic and w88 exchanges. Only with railways, highways, routes, communications and other projects can we create a good business environment for the real economy. Third, after the objective barriers and obstacles are removed, more and more talents will have the opportunity to participate in economic and w88 activities, thereby benefiting people's lives. Fourth, with continued w88 exchanges, relatively conservative financial institutions and investors will naturally consider investing in each other. Fifth, after going through this long process, both parties will inevitably develop feelings and tacit understanding, and thus become friends on the same road. Only by understanding each other's heart and truly caring about each other can the other party be willing to continue exchanges, strengthen communication, promote policies that are conducive to cooperation, improve docking infrastructure, promote economic and w88 activities, promote economic integration, and ultimately enhance feelings. It can be seen that the "five links" are a perfect virtuous circle: without emotions, how can there be policy communication? Without good policies, how can people connect with each other?
Pass culture and repay China’s kindness
I have benefited greatly from my experience of studying abroad, so I believe that education abroad should be the most direct, relatively low-threshold but highly efficient way to “touch” the other country’s culture. Compared with traveling, studying abroad has the advantage of having a deeper understanding of the culture of the target country. At the same time, you can learn the other country's language and have the opportunity to interact and communicate while experiencing the culture.
The "Joint Statement of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan" signed by the two heads of state on July 3 this year mentioned that the two sides will fully promote cooperation in educational institutions and scientific research institutes, encourage and expand the scale of two-way flow of students from the two countries, and encourage high-level Chinese institutions to set up schools in Kazakhstan. The two sides are willing to speed up the establishment of the second Luban Workshop in Kazakhstan. I very much agree with these initiatives and am happy to be a part of them.

In 2019, the w88 casino and the Astana International University in Kazakhstan signed the "Memorandum of Academic Cooperation" and the "Agreement on Jointly Establishing the China-Kazakhstan w88 casino of Economics and w88". The China-Kazakhstan College of Economics and w88 has officially enrolled students since 2020, with a major in international business. There are currently more than 70 students on campus, and this year welcomed its first graduates. Under the "3+1" training model, students study Chinese and Kazakhstan's basic higher education courses in the first three years at Astana International University, and in the fourth year they will be sent to the w88 casino to study international w88, e-commerce and other related core courses. Over the past four years, the two universities in China and Kazakhstan have actively overcome various difficulties and attached great importance to the construction of the China-Kazakhstan w88 casino of Economics and w88. The smooth operation of the project has effectively promoted in-depth exchanges and cooperation in education between China and Kazakhstan, explored new models for talent training, and promoted people-to-people bonds.
From July 11 to 24, with the support of the Chinese Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education of China and the Lianyungang Municipal Government, the China-Kazakhstan Institute of Economics and w88 and Jiangsu Ocean University held the second New Eurasian Continental Bridge International Talent Exchange Event. 50 students from 12 countries conducted exchanges. Through the activities, the young people not only enhanced their mutual understanding and deepened their friendship, but also gained a deeper understanding and understanding of Chinese culture, history, humanities and economy.

I feel extremely happy to be able to help students understand the real, three-dimensional and comprehensive China and the friendly relations between China and Kazakhstan. It seems that I have found the right way to repay my gratitude: to repay the kindness of fate, to repay my mentors at the w88 casino, and to repay China's kindness.
A Kazakh proverb says, "Friendship is a priceless treasure." I hope that the relationship between China and Kazakhstan will get better and better and the people will get closer in another "golden thirty years".
