Air ports have the characteristics of fast cross-border passenger and cargo transportation, convenient travel, strong timeliness, and little impact from geographical factors. They play an important role in serving the opening up to the outside world, promoting w88 development, and facilitating personnel exchanges. In 2024, my country's international air cargo volume and passenger throughput will achieve growth of 22.4% and 109.8% respectively. Promote international personnel exchanges. The cross-border movement of service personnel is a unique advantage of air transport. Measures such as innovating international flight supervision, optimizing entry and exit procedures, and speeding up baggage processing will help greatly improve the convenience of customs clearance for passengers. In particular, the launch of the "double pre-inspection" pilot for hand luggage and checked baggage, 24-hour transit inspection exemption, direct transfer baggage check-in service, and airline "full entrustment" model can provide international passengers with a more efficient and convenient customs clearance experience and help strengthen cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.
Enhance the aviation hub function. Measures such as enlarging regular international all-cargo flights and supporting international cargo transit business can further enhance the agglomeration effect and radiation driving role of China's aviation hubs. Among them, encouraging airlines to increase the deployment of all-cargo aircraft capacity, supporting aviation hubs to carry out all-cargo aircraft operations, and promoting classified and differentiated security inspections will not only promote the development of airport economies in relevant areas, but also help consolidate and enhance the status of China's aviation ports in the global aviation network, creating conditions for the construction of a comprehensive and comprehensive international aviation hub.
At the same time, the construction of aviation logistics public information platforms, data sharing, increasing the upgrading and application of regulatory smart equipment, and in-depth promotion of the construction of "smart customs, smart borders, and smart connectivity" are expected to directly enhance the digital intelligence level of aviation ports. In the future, all parties need to continue to increase technological investment, improve supporting measures, and promote the comprehensive improvement of the intelligent level of aviation ports.
China’s door to opening up is opening wider and wider, and air ports need to be made bigger and stronger.
