My family is in Guangxi. When I was choosing a teaching place, I chose Xinjiang instead of Yunnan, which is only 5 hours away from home by high-speed rail. The college student volunteers who set out to support education in Xinjiang all took a train from Beijing West Railway Station. The leaders of the Youth League Central Committee saw us off at the expedition ceremony. A large carload of high-spirited scholars arrived in Urumqi after 33 hours of hard sleep on the train. After a week-long military training in Urumqi, seven of our students from the University of International w88 and more than 60 other Western Plan volunteers were assigned to Wujiaqu City, the Sixth Division of the Corps. They spent another week of military training at the Wujiaqu Militia Training Base, and then reported to their respective posts.
Strive to be a good teacher for students

So after a few classes, I gave up being a "hard teacher" and tried to communicate with the children in the same way as friends. They don't like studying very much, mainly because they lack motivation. I introduce them to well-known universities and tell them interesting things about universities. I also tell them about the scenery they saw during their travels and what they learned during study tours abroad... to open up their yearning for the outside world. The children were very inspired and said that they would work hard to pass the Xinjiang exam in the future and go see the outside world. They usually get distracted and make noise in class because they find the class boring and don't want to listen at ease. I try to incorporate interesting elements into the class to attract their attention, such as popular vocabulary or songs, interesting documentaries, etc., so that the children can actively concentrate on the class. From the perspective of a primary w88 casino student, I perceive their preferred learning style and communicate like friends. Class discipline is getting better and better, and their homework is completed more and more seriously. My efforts have been rewarded.
Be a good friend to children with heart
Through classes and one-on-one conversations, I get to know each student’s appearance, personality, and learning. The roster of the whole class also allows me to understand the family situation of the students. I will take the initiative to communicate with the children, and they also treat me as a friend. When they have troubles, they will come to the office or talk to me on WeChat. One of them, a little girl named Kexin, left a deep impression on me. She often came to the office to chat with me and asked a lot of questions about English. She said that her ideal was to be a translator when she grew up. Once, I felt from her understatement about her family that she had a maturity that her peers did not have. Her father passed away when she was very young, and her mother worked odd jobs to take care of her. Last year, her mother remarried and she had a new father and a sister who is in high w88 casino. Her sister has a bad attitude towards new members of the family and often quarrels with her family. "My sister probably likes me, but she can't accept it for a while. Although I am busy and hard working as a class teacher, I have gained a lot. The biggest gain is 55 innocent and lovely good friends. I still need to learn to be a good teacher, but as long as I listen carefully to the children's voices and empathize with their inner world, I can be their good friend. In childhood, they are in the period of character development. They are pure and kind-hearted at heart, easy to accept and tolerate others, and easy to open up to people they respect or like. Their little heads are like "radar", which can keenly sense the attitudes of others. If you love them, they will love you in return without reservation.
