Before coming here, I was full of imagination about Xinjiang, with its vast frontier fortresses of "straight smoke in the desert" and its simple folk customs of "cows wearing ancient willows and selling cucumbers". Enthusiastic boys and girls gathered around the bonfire in the evening, calling for friends, singing and dancing. Taking advantage of the opportunity of teaching, I intended to come to Xinjiang to experience the authentic life in northern Saibei. Although the teaching was not as colorful as I imagined, even though what I saw was only a corner of the vast frontier.

After a week of pre-job military training and training, my first impression of Xinjiang is the casual climate. In the northern hinterland, the summer heat sweeps from all sides; in Xinjiang, the transpiration is from bottom to top, as if the soles of shoes are melting, and the whole person is slowly evaporating. After understanding the local climate, I feel that I have opened a corner of the veil of Xinjiang. Perhaps Xinjiang's Adasi is as diverse, casual, innocent and natural as the weather.

I still remember an open class where I was frustrated in choosing a topic in the early stage. Three or four teachers bluntly advised me to change subjects, and their words were quite direct. Although I was frustrated after hearing this, I still faced the difficulties and did not change my original intention. To create a new perspective for open classes, you can only find a new way and prepare carefully. After the enthusiastic teacher helped adjust the trial class, the open Chinese class won high praise from teachers of all subjects present, and I was relieved. After being busy, the enthusiastic teacher occasionally uses weekends to take us to experience a hands-on outdoor picnic, raise a glass and talk about teaching casually, and leisurely go boating on the lake, leaving behind the worries of life, the sky is high and the sea is vast.

In fact, every day spent as a support teacher, all difficulties must be experienced, adapted, overcome and even compromised, such as intractable acclimatization, inexplicable physical illness, teaching bottleneck troubles and pressure in actual work...It’s just that the return trip is approaching, and the previous unsatisfactory experience seems to have stayed there. In my heart, there are more beautiful memories, the local leaders who care about education, the teachers from the University of w88 and Economics who support us, the straightforward and natural colleagues in the teaching field, the innocent and natural student dolls, the warm and kind classmates in the supporting teaching group...
