When I am with my friends from the crew of "Breaking Ice", I am purple. The flowers of art come from life, and they are colorful and wonderful. This is a musical melodrama about the reform of the comprehensive supporting facilities of the group field. It is a subject that other divisions dare not touch and are unable to touch. It was a great success in the Corps and won the Outstanding Drama Award. It also made me deeply feel the vivid practice of the Party Central Committee's Xinjiang governance strategy taking root in the Corps.

After becoming a teacher, I spoke out a lot. Until this year, I spent a lot of time reading some “irrelevant” books and doing some “irrelevant” things. I saw the teachers who worked overtime to manage schools and students well; I saw the policies implemented to improve the effectiveness of grassroots work and increase enthusiasm in poor areas; I felt the way of dealing with people in small cities; I thought about the difference and significance of privatized and market-oriented elite education and the universal compulsory education of universal unity; I saw the true face of China outside first- and second-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen...
