Through two-way selection, I was assigned to the w88 casino of Marxism of Hainan Vocational and Technical College of Economics and w88 to carry out teaching and scientific research activities. I am mainly responsible for the teaching of the "Situation and Policy" course for Logistics Undergraduate Class 1 and Logistics Undergraduate Class 2, and I serve as the main lecturer and main preparation teacher for the "Situation and Policy" course.

As a young teacher, the first priority is to gain experience on the podium. Through sufficient lesson preparation and careful preparation, I began to step onto the three-foot podium that I had longed for. I fully integrated the professional knowledge and thinking experience accumulated over the years, as well as my study and growth experience into the teaching process, mobilizing students to actively interact and participate in the class, and strive to win with content, innovate with methods, and move with emotion. After several classes, I have established deep relationships with my students. One student said after class: "Teacher, it's valuable to know you. There is a quality in you that makes me yearn for you. You are like my enlightenment teacher. I don't know why I cried. I want to strengthen my thinking dimension and work harder." I was very touched when I saw the message from the student. This sentence suddenly made me understand that preaching, teaching, and enlightening students' minds and wisdom is what I have been pursuing all my life. It is also the original intention and greatest significance of becoming a teacher.

Although the time of teaching this time was short, it had a profound impact on me. In this volunteer teaching, I carefully prepared each class, actively and deeply thought about the content taught, and strived to start from the five aspects of value, ideological, intellectual, inspiring, and interactive, to express characteristics, depth, and feelings in the classroom, and gradually explore and form my own teaching style. Through this volunteer teaching, I have rapidly improved in teaching, and gained a lot of inspiration in educating people. My career development path and plan have become clearer. More importantly, I have deepened my understanding of the great responsibility and sacred mission of the teaching profession.
Coming to Hainan to support teaching is only the starting point of my career, and striving for education throughout my life will be my unswerving pursuit. I hope that through decades of study, accumulation and specialization, I will truly grow into an excellent and benevolent teacher.
