As the leader of the 21st graduate student teaching team, facing a special and sacred historical mission, I always bear in mind the responsibilities I shoulder. In addition to completing the basic teaching work, I have been actively seeking more external resources to help students in the western region, playing a good role as a bridge, and striving to assist the University of International w88 and Mengla County in fully completing the major political task of poverty alleviation during this special period of epidemic prevention and control. Support frontiers and help education. Based on the specific situation of the students in Mengla County No. 1 Middle w88 casino, the main subjects of tutoring in the initial stage of "online teaching" are mathematics and English. Volunteers impart teaching content and learning methods through DingTalk live broadcasts and DingTalk meetings, and students actively interact with volunteers through live chat or typing. There are also volunteers who leave appropriate homework for students to achieve the best tutoring effect.
At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of online tutoring, we have also set up a certain supervision mechanism. Every 5 to 6 volunteers are supervised by a group leader. When volunteers communicate with students, the team leader and person in charge accompany and supervise in the DingTalk group to ensure the smooth progress of online tutoring and provide timely assistance to volunteers and students.

In the initial stage of the project, more than 30 students have been served, with a cumulative service time of nearly 500 class hours. So I took it to heart and immediately started preparing to hold a dictation competition. Scores were tallied every day. I also set up a special progress award and "kick-out" mechanism to encourage students that it is never too late to work hard and anything is possible. During the competition, I saw that many students no longer regard memorizing words as a resistance thing, but work hard every day with a purpose and regard learning as a happy thing. There is a classmate Li in Class 297 who was relatively silent at first. After the competition started, she became particularly active. Every time she met me, she excitedly asked, "Teacher, when will the next dictation be? I will go back and memorize the words." After two weeks of points competition, she achieved a good result of tenth place through hard work. In the finals, I encouraged her to keep "playing the game", and she finally lived up to expectations and won the third place in the dictation competition. Before leaving, she told me, "Teacher, although you didn't teach me for a long time, it was the happiest time for me to learn English."

Compare our hearts and move forward together
When three of us are together, I must be my teacher. In English class, I am their teacher, but outside of class, they become my teachers. My students enthusiastically invited me to join club activities and dance with them. At first, I was physically uncoordinated and faced them all who were good at singing and dancing. I was timid and refused in my heart. But thinking about it, I also encourage them to constantly challenge themselves during class, maybe I should also be a role model. So, I joined the team that practiced dance every night. Even though I was exhausted after just three periods of evening self-study, I kept practicing. Finally, at the evening party of the w88 casino's cultural and sports activities week, we performed the Hanfu dance "Jin Jin Jiu" for all the teachers and students of the w88 casino.

Regardless of whether their academic performance is good or bad, I carefully discover the shining points of each of them and affirm the value of each of them. When they encounter troubles, I will always be the patient listener; during their basketball games, I will be a photographer who cares about the image and record the highlight moments for them. They call me Miss Chen and Teacher Xiao Chen in class, but in private, they prefer to call me sister or eldest sister.
There is a basketball boy in class 299 who claims to be my "little brother". It turns out that he is regarded by the class teacher as the most troublesome student. After I had been in contact with him for a period of time, I found that he was not as "low in emotional intelligence" as others said, but had a delicate heart but was unwilling to express it easily. He was not just a brute force player in basketball, but he also knew the heroes of the Three Kingdoms very well. He told me that he wants to be a physical education teacher in the future.
