I equipped her with an academic guidance assistant, encouraged her to join student organizations, participate in campus cultural activities, and exercise her interpersonal communication and organizational coordination skills. At the same time, she took the initiative to participate in more social welfare and volunteer services, learned to take on more responsibilities, and cultivated her perseverance and fighting spirit. Slowly, her introverted personality began to become cheerful, confident, and more generous in dealing with others. Not only did he catch up in studies through his own efforts, he also received a scholarship, the honorary title of Outstanding Student Cadre, and honorably joined the party. Watching her grow step by step, I seemed to see a sonorous rose blooming slowly.
When she entered her junior year and faced the difficulty of finding an internship, I personally helped her revise her resume, taught her interview skills, and secured internship opportunities and vocational training opportunities for her to enhance her employment competitiveness. In the end, Hui Li successfully obtained a job from China Merchants Bankoffer, and applied to work at the Qinghai branch in my hometown. She said, I want to use the knowledge and skills I learned from the University of w88 and Economics to build my hometown, and return to the western region where young talents are more needed to serve the motherland and live up to the country’s training for me.

Therefore, in the targeted assistance work, ability development must be organically integrated into student assistance to effectively improve the overall quality and ability of poor students.
Like Huili, there are others in my grade59 students from families with financial difficulties. This group is not a minority in the entire University of International w88 and Economics. As a counselor, you must not only conduct in-depth visits and heart-to-heart conversations, but also conduct regular discussions and psychological counseling to understand their needs, care for their growth, customize personalized development plans for them, and implement financial support and education through targeted assistance. We should also focus on cultivating the ideological and moral quality and psychological quality of assisted students by carrying out educational guidance with the main content of integrity education, gratitude education, responsibility education, inspirational education, psychological education, dedication education, etc.; at the same time, relying on the funding system to build diversified practice platforms to strengthen the comprehensive ability cultivation of students from families with financial difficulties, and guide them in the process of comprehensive assistance to develop comprehensive qualities, become spiritually rich, and become intellectually successful.
