Looking back on the 100-year history of the Party, we sigh at the great ups and downs of the journey and feel that the original sincerity of the sons and daughters of the Party has only grown stronger over time. They are also the hope of the times for the Chinese Communist Party to inherit its beliefs and strengthen the country and enrich the people. “Educate people for the Party, educate talents for the country”｜Sharing stories of gardeners educating people at the University of w88 and Economics—The growth of young returnee teachers
Insurance College Wang Kunyu
I am Wang Kunyu, a young teacher at the Insurance College. It's an honor to participateExchange meeting on "Educating people for the Party and educating talents for the country". I obtained my doctorate in economics from the University of Ottawa, Canada, in 2018. In August of the same year, I came to the University of International w88 and Economics to teach as an economics lecturer. Below, I will briefly talk about the journey of a young teacher who has returned from overseas and how to improve his ideals and beliefs of cultivating moral integrity and cultivating people from three aspects.
First,Patriotic original intention
Our generation grew up under the spring breeze of reform and opening up. The motherland is developing rapidly and changing with each passing day. When they were young, the ideal of many children was to become scientists. Studying for the rise of China was the grand ambition set by Premier Zhou Enlai in his boyhood. This sentence is deeply imprinted in my mind. The purpose of my choice to study abroad is to learn advanced scientific knowledge, broaden my horizons, and become a pillar of the country. While studying abroad, I have always had the belief to succeed in my studies as soon as possible and serve the motherland. Studying abroad has given me an international perspective and made me more aware ofThe importance of “telling Chinese stories well in international languages”.
China’s local economics research is still booming, New China70 years of development have made brilliant achievements and accumulated very valuable successful experience. As we embark on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country, we must summarize past experience and wisdom to provide support for the next development. Therefore, we need more researchers with strict economics training to better summarize China's experience and spread Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions; they can also provide strong intellectual support for public policies to further consolidate poverty reduction results and achieve high-quality and balanced development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
In teaching, I will combine specific examples of my country's economic and social development to show students the great achievements our motherland has made in recent years that have attracted worldwide attention. I believe that while students are learning the most cutting-edge economic knowledge, they should also learn to apply this knowledge to analyze major issues in national economic development. For example, I will guide students to think about important issues and find solutions when choosing topics for their graduation thesis. The graduation thesis I directed has won the w88 casino-level outstanding graduation thesis many times. I also encourage students to go deep into the grassroots, go deep into the front line, and participate in more social practice. Second,Determination to educate people
While studying abroad, I always paid attention to the development of my motherland. When I returned to China, I chose to become a people's teacher as the starting point of my career. The main job of people's teachers is to teach and educate people. Teaching and educating people is not only reflected in classroom teaching, but also reflected in the communication and interaction with students after class. Most of our young returnee teachers serve as undergraduate class teachers and actively participate in the w88 casino’s after-w88 casino education activities. Many students communicate with us about their studies and employment after class. I often extend time after the course Q&A period to talk to students in need. In the process of contacting these students, I often discover more of their strengths and encourage them to show their confident side. I find that once students are encouraged, they can often work harder and make progress. In the past, they may have fallen into depression and stagnated due to lack of confidence or occasional setbacks. As a teacher, the professional knowledge that can be given to students in the classroom may be limited to his or her own courses. Through various extracurricular exchanges and insisting on "teaching people how to fish" may be the teaching method that addresses both the symptoms and the root causes. As a teacher, I will feel sincerely happy to see the independent progress of these students.
The financial industry, including banking, insurance, asset management, trust, and investment banking, is the career choice of many graduates of the University of International w88 and Economics. It is also an area that the country is focusing on opening up and deepening reform. By exchanging employment experiences in the financial market with students, we can not only build real confidence in them, but also cultivate their sense of healthy competition and their ability to accept setbacks. Cultivating the ability to learn throughout life and learn from others is what I value the most. The students’ conscientious study and down-to-earth improvement have also given back more motivation to our young teachers.
Third,Mission Responsibility
As a young economist, I have been thinking about how to better explain China’s development experience with the economic knowledge I have learned. In actual work, I encourage students to ask questions and conduct more creative thinking training. Regarding the combination of scientific research and teaching, I insist on entertaining and entertaining,The concept of “learning by doing”. I will invite interested students to participate in transversal projects within their capabilities. Most of the horizontal topics are practical topics, and the purpose of the topics is often the application of the theories learned, and ultimately to come up with solutions to practical problems. Participation in such topics not only stimulates students' enthusiasm for scientific research, but also allows them to better expand their knowledge in books and gain a clearer understanding of their future career directions. Many of my students have joined related industry jobs after participating in the project.

For example, in the recent study and education of party history, I used weekend time to gather with students to learn party history, and used the glorious history of the party to guide students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and gather strength for progress. The students responded enthusiastically and achieved good learning results.
The hope of the country and the nation lies in its youth. The position of people's teachers is glorious and carries great responsibilities. Today's world situation is becoming increasingly complex. Our country needs a large number of international talents who are in line with international standards, understand the rules of international w88 competition, and are proficient in foreign languages.
