This year’s International w88 casino delegation is hereFormed in September 2021, led by captain Yang Zhongyuan（2019 undergraduate foreign-related experimental class students) and team membersSun Keran (2021 graduate student in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law), Wu Aijie (2021 graduate student in international law), and Liang Yuxin (2020 undergraduate foreign-related experimental class student) are the debaters, and team member Fang Xinyue (2020 undergraduate foreign-related experimental class student) is the researcher. This competition is set to be two countries on the same peninsula——The Democratic Republic of Antara and the Velan Kingdom of Ravaria disputed the independence referendum in the "Sutha" region and took it to the International Court of Justice. Based on the reality that network platforms are highly developed in today's society and have penetrated into people's daily lives, the competition topics focus on the admissibility of illegally obtained evidence, the legal characterization of foreign political donations and online fake news interfering with elections, the protection and restrictions of the right to freedom of speech, and the legality of law enforcement activities in cyberspace, etc., highlighting the distinct practical significance and theoretical innovation.

From March 4 to March 8, 2022, the Jessup China selection competition was held online. 56 college teams from across the country competed fiercely for the "ticket" to the international round. Previously, in order to ensure the preparation progress, Zhou Xingyan, a student coach of the University of w88 and Economics team, led the three main debaters (Yang Zhongyuan, Sun Keran, and Liang Yuxin) to stay in w88 casino on their own initiative. International competition
Learning from the experience and lessons learned from the domestic competition, the USIOM team regrouped, increased the intensity and difficulty of preparations for the international competition, kept improving the technical search and court defense responses, and strived to make breakthroughs in the international competition. Until the decisive international round, they exploded with strong strength, perfect counterattack, and performed amazingly.
In the preliminaries, the University of w88 and Economic Cooperation teamThe first match was against Spain’s Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (Spain’s domestic runner-up). The opponent was strong and pressing every step of the way. Our debaters Sun Keran and Wu Aijie responded calmly and intelligently. In particular, they combined the judges' concerns and quickly caught the other party's loopholes in the application of law and grasp of facts, pointed out and effectively refuted them one by one, and successfully won the first game.
Then in the second game, the w88 law team faced Themis Law w88 casino of Pakistan. Our debaters Yang Zhongyuan and Liang Yuxin started with clear, fluent and logical statements, and answered the judges' questions comprehensively and accurately. The last game of the preliminaries is against the University of Pristina in Kosovo. At that time, language was no longer an obstacle for both parties, and the depth and breadth of research and retrieval as well as the grasp of the facts of the case became the focus of the competition. Our debaters Yang Zhongyuan and Liang Yuxin remained calm and performed well under the judge's continuous questions. Participating in the Jessup Moot Court Competition is a wonderful journey starting from scratch. Through the competition questions, I saw the breadth and depth of international public law, and continued to grow under the leadership of seniors and coaches. Along the way, there was the persistence of searching for legal basis, the excitement of touching history when reading the minutes of the United Nations General Assembly, the mutual support and precious friendship within the team, and the gains of discussions and exchanges with international university team members.
