2. Appoint Bian Yongmin (female) as deputy chief judge and judge of the Third Civil Trial Division of the Supreme People’s Court.

3. Appoint Liu Fei and Cui Hongxia (female) as judges of the Supreme People’s Court.

4. Remove Li Guangyu, Bai Jiming, Li Xiao (female), Li Tong (female), Lu Zhengxin, Zhou Ping, Li Li (female), Huang Zhonghua, Jiang Xianhe, and Zheng Yong from their positions as judges of the Supreme People's Court.
