Vice President Zhao Zhongxiu expressed congratulations on the convening of this meeting. He said that he attended this meeting as the vice president of the Alumni Association and the president of the International Alumni Association. He was pleased to see that the International Alumni Association and its established branches were entering a new stage of comprehensive expansion under the leadership and guidance of the Alumni Association.
