Liu Fengyu has very rich practical experience in human resources management, especially in-depth research on the layoff policies of multinational companies. He gave a speech titled "How Business People Should Cope with the Challenges of the Financial Crisis - From the Perspective of Personal Career", introducing the five stages of career and the main tasks of each stage. Especially in the face of the current severe financial crisis, it provides five exits for corporate layoffs, and specifically explains how companies should deal with corporate layoffs under the financial crisis.
