This event is divided into two venues: seminar and internship and employment matching meeting. In the keynote speech session, Yan Wenbin, former vice president of Xinhua News Agency, discussed innovation and development under the “Belt and Road” initiative from three dimensions. Ou Xiaoli, president of the China Society of Human Resources and former director of the Department of Social Development of the National Development and Reform Commission, reviewed history and reality and explained the profound connotation and outstanding contributions of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. Zhang Xiaodong, chairman of the Zhongguancun “Belt and Road” Industry Promotion Association, shared the practice and experience of the “Vine Plan” based on work practice.
