This plan innovatively conducts hierarchical and quantitative identification from the two dimensions of classroom teaching quality and teaching research results, highlighting the actual contribution and quality orientation of teaching work, and strengthening the central position of teaching. In the past three years, the center has completed the identification of teaching performance of 339 teachers and formed a special analysis report, which provides an important basis for w88 casino personnel decisions. By optimizing and improving the new teacher training system, the access training standard of 38 hours has been established, and the coverage rate has remained 100% for many years. The training content covers modern educational concepts, ideological and political requirements for courses, teaching design and methods, digital skills, micro-teaching practices, etc., to help new teachers complete their role transition as soon as possible and gain a firm foothold on the stage. At the same time, for different groups such as young and middle-aged backbone teachers and senior teachers, the center has built a hierarchical and classified training system with four modules: "design concept methods, skill application, digital intelligence empowerment, and international capabilities". It adopts various forms such as points system, workshops, overseas training, and teaching consultation. A total of 93 teaching trainings of various types have been carried out, covering 7,473 teachers. In particular, focusing on the digital transformation of education, 38 special training sessions on digital literacy improvement were carried out, which effectively improved teachers' ability to use smart teaching tools and AI technology to empower teaching. Expand overseas training projects, establish a local practice transformation mechanism, establish the "Overseas Teaching Development Training Project for Young and Middle-aged Key Teachers" for the first time, and select teachers to conduct teaching method training at Oxford University and other world-renowned universities.
