Professor Mei Xiaying, dean and doctoral supervisor of the Law w88 casino of the w88 casino, shared on the theme of "Legal Status and Responsibilities of Online Platforms". Mei Xiaying said that the research on network platforms from a legal perspective has not yet begun, and its legal status and responsibilities have not been finalized. At present, network platforms are only described formally and regulated by existing laws. Research on personal information protection, algorithm regulation and cross-border data flow has been relatively in-depth. Mei Xiaying believes that regulating online platforms as legal entities with a single function is inconsistent with the development of the Internet. This involves understanding the network platform from two perspectives: one is the function of the network platform and the direction of its future evolution; the other is how to hold the network platform legally accountable. The development of network platforms has gone through three stages: network platforms as information nodes, network platforms as production units, and network platforms as infrastructure. Combined with the future development trend of network platforms, it is necessary to distinguish different levels for understanding based on the different identities of network platforms, including information exchange tools, media functions, virtual spaces, e-commerce platforms, etc. Different network platforms have different superimposed identities, which need to be dismantled and regulated to correspond to different rights and obligations, resulting in different regulatory means and legal effects.

Huang Yong mainly put forward his thoughts on five issues: First, the relationship between the digital economy industry and the platform economy industry. The development of the digital economy must rely on both the government and the market. The state and the government can play an important role in digital infrastructure. Business and innovation must rely on the market-based platform economic industry, which requires the protection of private rights and boosting confidence. Second, the attitude of my country's anti-monopoly regulation of the platform economy must take into account that my country's platform industry follows the United States, surpasses Europe, and is almost free of external competition. It has sufficient development potential. third, professional judgment in the application of anti-monopoly laws in the platform economy. Ma Haitao first reviewed the historical achievements of China's modernized fiscal and taxation system reform. He believes that China has established a budget system with transparent regulations, scientific standards, and strong constraints through legislation, and established a tax system with scientific tax types, optimized structure, fair regulations, and efficient collection and administration. Next, Ma Haitao analyzed the overall requirements for the reform of the fiscal and taxation systems in the context of Chinese modernization. Li Congyu introduced the development history of the People’s Forum. He believes that Chinese-style modernization is the new theoretical crystallization of our party and has rich theoretical connotations.
