Huang Baoyin pointed out in the report meeting that the "Research on my country's Graduate Education Quality Index" project has been through theoretical research on graduate education index, international experience and typical case studies on graduate education evaluation, research on the construction of graduate education quality index, and data collection and analysis of graduate education quality index. By analyzing four aspects, a graduate education index system has been systematically constructed; the research process of the topic has gone through four aspects: establishing a research group system, extensive surveys, discussions and exchanges, and adopting various methods to conduct research. It has formed the model and method of constructing the graduate education index, and proposed the connotation of the graduate education development index and other research features.
Huang Baoyin introduced the main research results achieved by the research group, including 1 monograph, 10 academic papers (7 published in CSSCI journals, 2 of which were reprinted by the National People’s Congress newspaper), 3 political advisory reports; Huang Baoyin’s The independent monograph "Graduate Education Index: Theory and Evidence" has been delivered to Renmin University of China Press for publication. The book includes an introduction, theoretical research on the Graduate Education Index, empirical analysis of the Graduate Education Index, international case studies on graduate education quality evaluation, and Chinese studies The book summarizes the monitoring of graduate education development into three dimensions: adequacy, contribution and guarantee. It calculates and analyzes the graduate education development index of major countries in the world, the doctoral education development index of major countries in the world and the quality index of professional degree graduate education in my country. It summarizes the development trend of graduate education quality evaluation in European and American countries based on the higher education evaluation in developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and France, and discusses the historical background and significance of accelerating the development of high-quality graduate education.

Academician Zhao Qinping, former vice minister of the Ministry of Education, pointed out that the research on "Research on the Quality Index of Graduate Training in my country" is of great research significance and has achieved fruitful research results. It has successfully completed the expected research goals and can continue to conduct in-depth research on the basis of the existing theoretical framework in the future; Yuan Wei, the former executive vice president of Renmin University of China, believes that at present, The index index system constructed by the research team is relatively rich and has detailed data.
