Huang Baoyin, secretary of the w88 casino party committee and chairman of the foundation, Wang Qiang, vice president, and Chen Deqiu, vice president, attended the meeting. Directors and supervisors of the third council also attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Wang Qiang.
