All colleges and other teaching units are requested to carefully review the teaching tasks listed in the comprehensive academic affairs system course assignments and implement them according to the following requirements from now on:
1. Teaching plan implementation requirements
Please refer to the "Cultivation Plan" of each grade, carefully review the courses listed in the teaching tasks for this semester, arrange appropriate teachers to teach, and pay attention to the following matters:
1.Strictly follow the teaching plan in the training plan, and you are not allowed to add or delete courses or adjust course credits at will,In principle, compulsory courses are not allowed to be suspended or adjusted for semesters.If the teaching plan needs to be adjusted due to special circumstances, please fill in the "Application Form for Adjustment of Undergraduate Teaching Plan》(Attachment 1)Submit your application in writing to the Academic Affairs Office with the signature of the dean in charge of teaching, and the application will be reviewed and approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
2.Carefully review the professional teaching plans of each grade to ensure that the teaching tasks for the next semester are correct. If there are any omissions, please report the course unit to the Teaching Management Section of the Academic Affairs Office for correction.
3.The Academic Affairs Office has sent the course selection data for the same period of last w88 casino year to each college. Please refer to the college when arranging teaching tasks for this period.
2. Arrange and enter teaching task requirements
1.Class information must be entered for compulsory courses so that the system can pre-set the courses.
2.When co-teaching classes, the college will try its best to arrange students of the same major and the same grade in the same teaching class.
3.When the college determines the capacity of elective courses, in addition to considering the number of compulsory majors and electives in the college,We must also consider the course selection needs of students in the minor (including double degree) majors offered by our college.Main minor majors in each grade/A summary of the number of double-degree students is shown in Appendix 2.
4. Requirements for filling in the "Course Selection Restrictions" column:
①Courses that adopt bilingual teaching, full foreign language teaching, and teaching for international students must be noted in the "Course Selection Restrictions" column.
② Courses that have special restrictions on the majors or grade levels to be taught must be reported in writing to the Teaching Management Section of the Academic Affairs Office for approval before they can be noted in this column.
③ Separate courses are offered for minor students, please indicate the tips here.
④ Course scheduling requirements and other other content should not be filled in here.
5."Time Requirements" column: Please indicate here if you need to schedule courses for the first nine weeks or the last nine weeks.Except for graduating classes,2Courses with and above credit hours must be scheduled according to the full-semester teaching week pattern.
6. "Classroom Requirements" column:50Classrooms with more than 100 people are selected as multimedia classrooms. If a course requires the use of special classrooms (such as listening rooms, audio-visual rooms, basic computer rooms, professional computer rooms, etc.), special confirmation and indication are required. It is best to indicate the main equipment required.
7.Once the class schedule is scheduled, no changes are allowed. We hope that the college and teachers will cooperate.
8.All courses are scheduled first and then selected. The class capacity is the theoretical number. 2.To ensure the smooth operation of experimental course teaching in the next semester,All departments are requested to conscientiously implement the experimental teaching tasks according to the characteristics of the major and the requirements of the undergraduate training program. For professional experimental courses to be offered in the next semester, teachers must fill out the "Application Form for Experimental Courses at the w88 casino" (Appendix 4) and submit it to the Teaching Management Section of the Academic Affairs Office.
4. About professors and associate professors teaching undergraduates
In order to further implement the relevant spirit of the Ministry of Education, each college (department, department) must carefully review and confirm the status of professors and associate professors teaching undergraduates in this academic year. For professors and associate professors who have not taught undergraduates this academic year, each department must give priority when arranging teaching tasks for the next semester.
5. Regarding the reporting of changes in teacher information and the application for approval of external teachers for classes
1.New teachers need to provide basic personal information of the teacher for the first time, including: teacher number, teacher name, gender, and professional title, in order to set up the teacher's personal teaching account; when external teachers are required to assume undergraduate teaching tasks, the above information should also be reported.
2.If a teacher’s professional title or position changes, a description of the change must be provided in order to maintain the teacher’s personal information in a timely manner and ensure that the information is accurate.
3.Basic information related to classroom teachers should be approved or filed by the Personnel Office.
6. Methods of downloading and printing teaching tasks
1.Enter the "Comprehensive Academic Affairs System"->"Teaching Plan Management"->"Report"->"Class Assignment Book".
2.Select academic year semester"2009-2010Second semester of the academic year”->Select "Department" and click "Statistics".
3.Open "WORD" program, and then click "Export the course assignment book toWORD(joint class output plan course)". Wait for the machine to finish the program and save itWORDThe document is the teaching task of this semester.
