4. Requirements for participating in the conference:
1.The advanced collective representatives and individuals designated to receive the award must come on stage in the afternoon13:00Be present, no late arrival or no absence.
2.Students from each college are invited to participate in the award ceremony(Participating students must be award-winning students this year), led by the deputy secretary of the college’s general party branch (directly affiliated branch secretary) and counselors, in the afternoon13:10Entry completed before.
3.All students participating in the award ceremony must maintain order in the venue, obey instructions, and are not allowed to leave midway. Turn off their mobile phones or set their mobile phones to vibrate before the meeting. All colleges are asked to organize themselves well.
