2. Propositions and test paper organization requirements

1． The examination propositions and papers should be organized in accordance with the requirements of the "w88 casino Undergraduate Examination Management Regulations". The final examination papers should include examination papers, answer sheets, reference answers, scoring standards and other relevant examination materials. After the teacher prepares the test paper, it will be reviewed and approved by the director of the department (teaching and research section) and the leader of the teaching w88 casino, and signed on the "Final Paper Examination Proposition Review Form" or "Final Thesis Examination Proposition Review Form" (see [Appendices 2 and 3]). 2． The questions in the final examination of each course are required to be of difficulty level at the same time, the amount of questions is equivalent, and the repetition rate does not exceed20%'s two sets of test papers:AVolume andBVolume, for exam selection.

3． The final examination paper is required to use a unified format template, see [Appendix 4] for the format template; courses that use essay examinations are required to use a unified paper cover, and the cover format template is shown in [Appendix 5].

4. Please fill in the "Examination Paper Printing Request Form" carefully (can be downloaded from [Appendix 6]), and fill in the number of printed copies of the test paper, the number of blank answer sheets and draft papers, and binding requirements. The number of printed copies of the test paper is based on the number of students enrolled in the "Teaching Record Form" for this semester.

3. Examination management work

1． Candidates for in-class examination courses should sit in separate seats. If the classroom needs to be adjusted, please contact the Academic Affairs Office of the w88 casino where the class is held. The teacher will be responsible for notifying candidates of the examination location during class.

2． Invigilators will be assigned in strict accordance with the requirements. We will continue to follow the method of "the department offering the course is responsible for the arrangement of invigilators for the examinations offered by the department." Invigilators will be selected as required, and the Academic Affairs Office will organize inspections. Invigilation configuration standards:

3． Strictly implement the requirements of the examiner responsibility system and the inspection system for examination work, and further clarify the invigilation responsibilities of all teachers and staff. During the invigilation process, they are not allowed to do other things unrelated to invigilation. During the course examination period of this department, arrange inspections by the department leaders.

①The invigilator must arrive at the examination room in advance;

② Guide students to put away their belongings together, and expressly prohibit candidates from bringing communication tools into the examination room;

③Check the candidate’s “student ID card” (the only designated ID).

4． Each examination room should prepare a list of candidates, sign in, and keep detailed records of students who did not take the examination to ensure that the test papers are distributed and collected accurately.

5． Teachers are required to review the test papers in a timely manner after the exam, and complete the score registration within two weeks after the exam. Before recording the scores, submit the "Teaching Record Form" to the director of the department (teaching and research office) for review and signature.

Note: For exams conducted in the form of "term paper" or "book report", please fill in the "term paper score sheet and book report score sheet" ([Appendix 7]) for score evaluation.

6． Complete the test paper score analysis work and submit the "Teaching Record Form" and "Test Paper and Score Analysis Form" ([Appendix 8]) to the hospital/Department.
