At the same time, a good working mechanism must be established. In line with the work layout of "one core and three support points", that is, with discipline construction as the core and talent strengthening, resource allocation, and cultural construction as the support, we will study systematic supporting measures, organize work teams, and implement tasks at all levels.
Fourth, pay attention to details. We must adhere to scientific management, precise management, carry out work in a down-to-earth manner, carefully and strictly inspect the implementation of work, and implement a work target responsibility system.
Comrades, the new party committee has heavy responsibilities and great responsibilities on its shoulders.
