Based on the work needs of students, cherish the precious opportunity of temporary training
College counselors are the organizers, implementers and guides of ideological and political education and management of college students. Sending counselors to work at the grassroots level is a valuable training opportunity for counselors based on the overall situation of ideological and political education for college students and improving the working ability of the counselor team.
Although counselors have rich knowledge and youthful vitality, the "w88 casino-gate" work trajectory and single social work experience have become negative factors that restrict the work of counselors. During the grassroots temporary work training process, I further broadened the channels for social practice, further broadened my horizons, expanded my ideas, enriched my experience, and increased my talents by contacting and participating in specific work, and personally experiencing and handling relevant matters. It made me deeply appreciate the value of counselor's work and allowed me to exercise my counselor's working ability in another environment. At the same time, I also took the practical action of working at the grassroots level to practice General Secretary Hu Jintao’s call for “young people to go to the grassroots to grow their talents” and to interpret a counselor’s persistent pursuit and love for work.
Based on training and growing talents, fully withstand the tempering of grassroots work
The Asian Games Village Sub-district Office, as a first-level government agency stationed in the core Olympic functional area, is a place for training and cultivating people. From a certain perspective, streets are the executors and enforcers of the operation of Chinese society, and they are also the leaders in promoting the harmonious development of a region. The affairs that the streets need to handle involve all aspects and are directly related to the masses and society. During my temporary tenure, I was mainly responsible for party building work. This job really provides me with a practical platform to grow my talents and a broad space for comprehensive training. Through daily visits and research at the grassroots level, dealing with enterprises of different natures, and solving difficulties that I had never encountered in college, I learned how to learn and grasp policies from a macro perspective and implement policies from a micro perspective. The temporary job training allowed me to expand the party building work from campus to off-campus, and the work target expanded from students to enterprises. Through the grassroots party building work, I once again felt the glory and responsibility of party workers, experienced the hardships and toil of grassroots work, and further clarified the requirements and expectations of college student party members of the party building team in the social field. The party-building work experience during my temporary job has deepened my understanding of society, enriched my social work experience, exercised my ability to socialize, and gradually improved my ability to respond to and deal with complex problems.
Based on the actual situation at the grassroots level of society, constantly thinking and improving methods of student work
Through the temporary job training at the grassroots level, I have expanded the learning and practice environment to improve the level of ideological and political education of college students from inside the w88 casino to outside the w88 casino, from book theory to social reality, and from the national educational goals to the actual needs of the grassroots. Through grassroots training, I deeply understand the outstanding problems reflected by college students in the social environment, and constantly reflect on my own shortcomings as a counselor in the ideological and political education of college students. During my temporary job, I worked hard to explore new methods and ideas for ideological and political education for college students on the basis of fully understanding the needs of the grassroots society and the national training goals; I grasped the best entry point for student work while reasonably balancing the distance between "ideal" and "reality"; and on the premise of clarifying "what kind of people to train", I deeply thought about "how to train people" as a college counselor. The reality at the grassroots level of society made me feel the remarkable achievements and bright prospects of the ideological and political education of college students in our country. It also made me realize the severe situation and long way to go in this work. At the same time, it once again strengthened my belief and determination to take a temporary job to train and engage in ideological and political work for college students.
Based on creating social benefits and fully integrating street w88 casino education resources

The starting point and destination of counselors’ temporary training work are for the students’ growth. Although my working space and field have moved away from the w88 casino, my concern for the students has become stronger, and my love for the work of a counselor has not diminished. During my on-the-job training, I was touched by the students’ concern and concern for me, which gave me the motivation to work as a student. I also share with the students the bitterness and joy of working at the grassroots level without reservation, so that they can better understand the current situation of the grassroots society and the direction they should strive for. The convenience of living on campus allows me to balance my duties as a counselor. "Working for the streets during the day and working for the students at night" became my actual status during my temporary job. I adhere to the professional ethics of a counselor between universities and streets, students and society, and always play my role in the growth and success of students.
