Beijing's "March 18th" Martyrs' Tomb is located in the southwest corner of the Old Summer Palace site. It was built to commemorate the 47 martyrs who died in the "March 18th" tragedy in 1926. The student party branch of the National Institute for International Opening up came to the "March 18" Martyrs' Monument and reviewed the oath of joining the Party in front of the solemn Martyrs' Monument.
