3. 4. According to the regulations of Beijing, within the Fifth Ring Road, New Year’s Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year are all-day, and the second to fifteenth day of the Lunar New Year are every dayFrom 7:00 to 24:00, it cannot be set off at other times. Setting off fireworks and firecrackers on the 16th day of the first lunar month will be punished.
5. Teachers, students and employees should pay attention to safety when setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and do not set off overly large firecrackers,Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult when setting off fireworks and firecrackers.
6. It is strictly prohibited to store large amounts of fireworks and firecrackers in dormitories and homes. Beijing City regulations require citizens to store only one box or no more30kg of fireworks.
