At the same time, Ye Fugui also shared some technical methods with teachers in finding problems. He mentioned that teachers can study a problem in different fields, or study the same thing in a different environment. In response to the above two methods, Ye Fugui also cited Fei Xiaotong's "Chinese Gentlemen" as an example of research based on British studies of British gentlemen, to deepen teachers' understanding of the two methods proposed by them. At the end of this stage, Ye Fugui also emphasized that the issues studied in the paper should keep up with the trend of the times and follow the pace of development.

In terms of thesis research, Ye Fugui analyzed the thesis research methods for teachers from two dimensions: daily research effort and academic effort. Regarding the daily work of research, Ye Fugui emphasized that teachers should strengthen their abilities in eight aspects: listening, speaking, reading and writing, questioning, classifying, explaining, explaining, organizing, reflecting and summarizing. Regarding the academic skills of research, Ye Fugui said that teachers should pay attention to the ability to collect materials and analyze data. As for the expression of the paper, Ye Fugui proposed that everything in social life is a paradigm of expression, and different things have different paradigms. Therefore, before writing a paper, teachers should have a clear understanding of what expressions should be used in their papers and how to express these two issues. At the same time, Ye Fugui also brought technical experience to teachers in the expression of papers. He said that in papers, one must first put forward his own opinions, and then use materials to prove the opinions. He should also pay attention to the application of rhetoric, and the paper should also have a good structure.

At the end of the activity, Ye Fugui also explained the paper review process and some technical details to the teachers in detail.
