Professor Wang encouraged the young scholars present that telling Chinese stories well requires the efforts of foreign language talents; foreign language teachers must clarify their scientific research identities, and research must achieve breakthroughs by grasping problems and reading literature; scholars must develop the habit of questioning, and projects must be done step by step, starting with basics and then advanced. Excellent topics, viewpoints, and papers should be given priority for publication in Chinese publications, so as to continuously inject fresh nutrients into the Chinese system and provide suggestions for the development of the Chinese language.
