This competition was jointly organized by the party committee and the labor union of the college. A total of 4 teachers, including some members of the academic committee of the college and some teaching backbones of the college, served as judges. 4 young teachers recommended by each department participated in this competition. College Party Committee Secretary Gao Ling, President Leng Baijun, Vice President Hua Ying, and Vice President Ni Yaodong attended the competition and delivered speeches. Teacher Qu Qixing, chairman of the college branch union, thanked all the judges, contestants and teachers who observed the competition.
