"Strategic Management" is one of the required courses for this study trip to France. It is one of the compulsory courses for a master's degree program in corporate management in Paris, China. It aims to cultivate students' strategic thinking and leadership skills. The course teacher is one of the founders of the Sino-French Master of Business Administration program at Paris University and a professor at Paris UniversityProfessor Jean-Pierre Helfer. Under Professor Helfer's entertaining teaching model, students participated in a series of lectures, case studies, and group discussions to learn in depth about the latest theories and practical experiences in the field of strategic management. The twelve-hour long flight from Beijing to Paris and the six-hour time difference did not stop the students' enthusiasm for learning to dream of Paris: during the classroom learning session, the students attended on time and actively participated in the discussions with 100% enthusiasm; during the after-class group discussion session, the students went all out and used what they learned in the classroom to work together as a group to complete the analysis and solutions to practical strategic problems, and presented the results in the form of a group report speech on the last day of the training.
In addition to the "Strategic Management" course, the French person in charge of a major project in ParisProfessor Géraldine Michel gave a graduation thesis tutoring lecture to help students prepare for the upcoming thesis writing.
