With the title “WTO Dispute Settlement: Sharing National Experiences and China’s Perspective”, Ji Wenhua explained the institutional design, functions and practical challenges of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism starting from the mechanism’s operation process. On this basis, he combined China's participation practices and focused on key elements such as system construction, research collaboration, litigation strategies, department coordination and capacity improvement required to effectively utilize this mechanism.

During the teaching process, Ji Wenhua had in-depth interactions with student representatives and had a lively discussion around member experience sharing and mechanism reform paths.
