The study found that existing assistance policies have a significant effect on improving the income and labor capacity of poor households, but there is obvious heterogeneity in poverty reduction in non-income poverty dimensions such as quality of life and health. With the deepening of the implementation of assistance policies, the poverty reduction effect has been significantly reflected in different dimensions of poverty. Among them, the poverty reduction effect in aspects such as income, labor capacity and quality of life is particularly obvious, and it can solve the problem of deep poverty in a more targeted manner. Further heterogeneity analysis shows that the poverty reduction effect of existing assistance policies in the non-income dimension shows a certain degree of inclusiveness. Specific assistance measures such as industrial poverty alleviation, infrastructure poverty alleviation and financial assistance policies have obvious and targeted poverty reduction effects on the income, labor ability and quality of life of poor households, but their effect on changing health conditions is weak. This paper studies non-cooperative and cooperative stochastic differential games between two insurance companies with reinsurance control. The surplus process is modeled by a diffusion approximation process, and the insurer can dynamically purchase reinsurance (i.e., continuously control the drift and diffusion terms over time). This article considers two types of reinsurance: percentage reinsurance (QS) and excess loss reinsurance (XL). In a non-cooperative game, one insurance company's objective function is to minimize the probability that the insurance company will reach the low target before reaching the high target, while the other insurance company's objective function is to maximize this probability. This article considers two cases: in the first case, both insurance companies purchasedXLReinsurance; in the second case, purchased by an insurance companyQSReinsurance, while the other buys XL Reinsurance. The game is solved by explicitly finding the value function and Nash equilibrium strategy under certain parametric conditions. In other parameter cases, the value function and Nash equilibrium strategy do not exist, and we find the upper value function and the lower value function of the game. We also build and solve a cooperative game in which two insurance companies work together to minimize the probability of reaching a low target before the earnings process reaches a high target. Numerical examples and economic significance are given in the article.

Although health shocks have a significant impact on household financial risks, However, existing studies still have different conclusions in terms of health type, impact degree and impact mechanism. Based on the household balance sheet, this article constructs household financial vulnerability indicators including financial margin and solvency to measure household financial risks, and analyzes the impact and transmission mechanism of four health shocks on the financial vulnerability of middle-aged and elderly households. The study found that the financial vulnerability of middle-aged and elderly households in my country has an obvious upward trend, and health shocks further increase the financial vulnerability of middle-aged and elderly households, especially middle-income households and rural households. However, the impact of different types of health shocks on the financial vulnerability of middle-aged and elderly households is significantly heterogeneous. Among them, the impact of major diseases on the financial vulnerability of middle-aged and elderly households is greater than that of other health shocks4Times. The transmission mechanism of the above effects is, Health shocks significantly increase the financial risks of middle-aged and elderly households by reducing household income or increasing household expenditures. However, there are differences in the impact mechanisms of different health shocks. General health shocks mainly increase the financial risks of middle-aged and elderly families through increased expenditures, while major diseases increase the financial risks of middle-aged and elderly families through both increased expenditures and reduced income, indicating that middle-aged and elderly families should focus on preventing financial risks caused by major diseases. Further discussion found that social medical insurance has a limited role in improving families' response to health risk shocks, while commercial health insurance can significantly improve family solvency and make up for the shortcomings of social medical insurance, especially the risk of major diseases. Therefore, our country should increase the preferential treatment of tax-advantaged commercial health insurance, relax the age limit of health insurance, increase the holdings of household commercial medical insurance, strengthen the ability of middle-aged and elderly families to cope with the impact of health risks, and then reduce the financial vulnerability of middle-aged and elderly families.

This measure is built on the variability of the conditional joint distribution function and can measure both the magnitude and direction of the interaction term. It is very robust and can handle many types of response variables, including continuous, discrete as well as categorical variables. We can apply this measure to classification, indicator models, and interaction screening in Poisson regression. When dealing with classification, hybrid measures are able to capture both category-consistent and category-specific interaction effects, providing us with a comprehensive overview and precise discovery of information about categories. When dealing with continuous responses, even if the signal strength is very weak, hybrid measures can behave as if the true interaction is known. In order to facilitate application, this paper further proposes a two-stage method, and through detailed simulation research andSRBCTData showing the superiority of hybrid measures compared to other methods.

The vector autoregressive model with change points is a very common multivariate non-stationary model. The article studies the estimation problem of this non-stationary model with multiple change points, and proposes a grouped orthogonal greedy algorithm based on the structure of the model (Group orthogonal greedy algorithm) and high-dimensional information criteria can accurately and efficiently estimate the location of change points and other parameters in the model. This method still maintains good accuracy and low computational complexity even when the data volume is large and the change point structure is complex. This paper first applies the grouped orthogonal greedy algorithm, a high-dimensional variable selection method, to perform preliminary screening of change points to reduce the amount of calculation for the subsequent precise screening. Then it proposes a high-dimensional information criterion to further screen the change points within the range of preliminary screening change points to finally achieve consistency. This paper uses Monte Carlo simulations to examine the accuracy of estimation methods in different situations and investigates the theoretical properties of the estimators.

There are very few articles that study the relationship between social media and cancer screening behavior and cognitive behavior for different cancer types. We utilized the fifth wave of the U.S. Health Information National Trends Survey database (HINTS) no one with a cancer diagnosis came to study this question.
