The Shanghai Big Data Exchange, the National Engineering Laboratory of Big Data Circulation and Trading Technology, and Tongfang CNKI Digital Publishing Technology Co., Ltd. jointly launched the "Digital Torch Project-China Data Elements Emerging Scholars Project (referred to as the DTP Plan)" in August 2024. This project aims to select representative young scholars in the field of data elements to provide support for their theoretical research. DTP is the first incentive program for theoretical research on data elements in the field of theoretical, academic and industrial practice in China. On November 25, the first batch of DTP winners was officially announced at the 2024 Data Trading Festival.
