On December 5, Ni Dongxin, deputy leader of the Law Enforcement Coordination Group of the Chaoyang District Committee and Director of the District Justice Bureau, presided over the appointment ceremony of special supervisors of administrative law enforcement. Leaders of various administrative law enforcement departments and special supervisors of administrative law enforcement attended the ceremony.

At the appointment ceremony, Ni Dongxin, deputy leader of the District Committee’s Law Enforcement Coordination Group and Director of the District Justice Bureau, read out the “Chaoyang District’s Decision to Appoint the First Batch of Special Administrative Law Enforcement Supervisors” and issued letters of appointment to eight special administrative law enforcement supervisors. Among them are representatives of the National People’s Congress, members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, experts and scholars, as well as lawyer representatives and grassroots workers.    

Associate professor Kong Xiangwen of our college was hired as the first batch of special supervisors of administrative law enforcement in Chaoyang District and spoke as a representative of the special supervisors. Associate Professor Kong Xiangwen said that the construction of a government under the rule of law is a key task and the main project in promoting the comprehensive governance of the country according to law, and administrative law enforcement is the top priority in promoting the construction of a government under the rule of law. As a law enforcement supervisor, I will conscientiously perform my duties in accordance with the law, strive to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative law enforcement, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the counterparties; as a college teacher, I will give full play to my professional advantages and, through law enforcement supervision, discover and pay attention to systemic and structural problems that arise in administrative law enforcement, and feed back research and promote system improvement; as a rule of law worker, I will focus on the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law and the awareness of the rule of law, and do a good job in popularizing the law during the process of law enforcement supervision, and contribute to the construction of a rule of law country, a rule of law government, and a rule of law society.
