Professor Huang Yong pointed out that the development of artificial intelligence technology poses tests and challenges to legislation and supervision. Professor Huang Yong put forward three thoughts by analyzing the cutting-edge focus of various legal fields around the world: First, regulators need to thoroughly understand the development path and rules of innovative technologies in the AI era. The current digital economy is still in its early stages of development. With future breakthroughs in the underlying architecture of AI technology, many unforeseen legal issues will arise. Second, AI development is a process of technological accumulation and mature development of emerging industries. The choice of initial legislation and regulatory models is of great significance. Different countries have different endowments in AI innovation, and should be considered comprehensively and used carefully for reference. Third, in the Chinese context, we must consider the role of competition policy in the development of AI innovation. Respect the laws of innovation, strengthen the basic position of competition policy, and cultivate an innovation-friendly business ecosystem.

Currently, legal issues such as antitrust and data security have become the focus of the legal community, and the rapid development of science and technology is also reshaping the pattern of international relations. Looking to the future, with the emergence of emerging legal issues such as Internet filing, the legal field is facing both unprecedented challenges and huge development opportunities. Facing these new situations, we must not only maintain a prudent sense of crisis, but also have a positive spirit of exploration, find breakthroughs in challenges, and seize opportunities in changes.
