School News Network (contributed by China Institute of Finance)On the afternoon of March 13, the theme lecture on the "3・15" International Consumer Rights Protection Day was held in the lecture hall on the third floor of Ningyuan. The theme of the lecture is "From Campus to Society: The First Lesson for Financial Consumer Rights Protection", with Liu Linlin, partner of King & Wood Mall. This lecture is also the first lecture of the "Youth Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education Base" jointly built by Beijing Zhongguancun Bank, CITIC Baixin Bank and China Academy of Finance.

Liu Linlin briefly introduced the current basic situation of financial consumer rights protection with the "International Consumer Rights Day". She reviewed the relevant laws, regulations, rules and regulations in my country's current legal system involving the protection of financial consumer rights, and gave a brief introduction to the main connotations of financial consumer rights, the right to asset security, the right to know, the right to independent choice and the right to fair trading.

This lecture provides effective guidance for the majority of financial students to carry out financial activities in accordance with the law and protect their own financial consumption rights in accordance with the law in professional practice, and lays a solid foundation for cultivating the campus-specific financial culture of "making profits with righteousness, being steady and prudent".
