Focusing on the theme of "Domestic Interpretation of International Treaties", President Peng Yue elaborated on the concept and significance of the issue of domestic interpretation of international treaties, my country's practice of domestic interpretation of international treaties in foreign-related cases and existing problems. Based on a series of papers he recently published in "Legal Research", he put forward corresponding suggestions for solving problems existing in domestic interpretation of international treaties in my country's foreign-related cases.
Dean Zhao Jun, Professor Zuo Haicong, Professor Fu Jun, and Teacher Wang Lebing served as panellists and exchanged views with Professor Peng Yue on the legal principles, paths, methods, and judicial power structure involved in the domestic interpretation of international treaties, and put forward their own opinions.
