Director Peng Yue explained the concept and significance of the domestic interpretation of international treaties around the theme of "domestic interpretation of international treaties", the domestic interpretation practice of international treaties in foreign-related cases in my country, and based on his recent series of papers published in "Law Research", he put forward corresponding suggestions on solving the problems existing in the domestic interpretation of international treaties in foreign-related cases in my country.

Director Zhao Jun, Professor Zuo Haicong, Professor Fu Jun and Teacher Wang Lebing, as talkers, exchanged with Professor Peng Yue on the legal theory, path, method and judicial power structure involved in the interpretation of the international treaty, and put forward his own views.
