In the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the reform direction of Beijing's employment policy system should focus on the three-in-one integration strategy of "talent upgrading, industrial collaboration and ecological support". Associate Researcher Xue Xinlong reported on the relevant results achieved by the research team and believed that the economic system, policy environment and leading industries of the world's major science and technology innovation centers each have comparative advantages.
