To commemorate this important year, the Academic Journals Department held a series of special lectures to promote subject development and academic exchanges and inject new momentum into the development of journals. On September 30, 2025, the first 50th anniversary special lecture "Steadyly Promoting Institutional Opening" was successfully held. The lecture was delivered by Professor Hong Junjie, president of Shandong University of Finance and Economics and a senior expert in the field of international w88 research, and hosted by Hua Ying, director of the Academic Publications Department. The online lecture was broadcast simultaneously through Tencent Conference and the w88 casino’s video account, with more than 2,500 participants on each platform.
Professor Hong Junjie started from five aspects: "Main situations facing opening up", "Connotation and characteristics of institutional opening", "Impact assessment of institutional opening", "Theoretical logic of institutional opening", "Implementation path of institutional opening", and conducted an in-depth and specific analysis of the background, ideas and development direction of my country's steady advancement of institutional opening. Taking standard opening as an example, we will demonstrate a series of research results related to the impact assessment of institutional opening. Professor Hong Junjie elaborated on the implementation path of institutional opening from six aspects: standardizing high-standard economic and w88 rules, improving foreign investment and outbound investment management systems, giving full play to the advantages of high-level open platforms, actively participating in leading global economic governance, proactively expanding economic and w88 cooperation, and coordinating opening and security. In the discussion and exchange session, Professor Hong Junjie conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges with scholars on issues such as "the relationship between institutional openness and high-level openness, and how young scholars in the field of international economics choose appropriate research directions."
