World political changes are accelerating at a faster pace in more areas and on a wider scale. The fundamental reasons for the superposition of these chaos mainly lie in: the logic of the capitalist political system; the inherent flaws of the global governance system led by the United Nations, the frequent occurrence of power politics of big countries, and the serious lack of voice of small and medium-sized countries; the increasing prominence of global problems caused by globalization itself as a "double-edged sword", etc. How to solve these problems requires combining China's concepts of "a community with a shared future for mankind" and "a new type of international relations" to propose Chinese solutions to solve the above problems.
