By displaying different types of photography, he guided students to understand the meaning of pictures and their role in promoting social progress.
Luo Xiaoguang, the lecturer of this lecture, is a senior reporter and editor of the Photography Department of Xinhua News Agency. He has worked in Xinhua News Agency’s Xinjiang Branch, Beijing Branch and Headquarters Photography Department for more than 20 years. He is responsible for handling manuscripts from domestic branch reporters and contracted photographers. He personally participated in the 2016 Xinhua News Agency's global trip report on the Belt and Road Initiative, the 21st and 22nd Universiade, Bachu earthquake in Xinjiang, Lushan earthquake in Sichuan, Minxian earthquake in Gansu, Beijing Olympics, Shanghai World Expo, 2009 China National For coverage of major events such as the National Day Military Parade, the 2015 "September 3" Military Parade, the 2019 National Day Military Parade, the 2019 Maritime Parade to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Navy, and the "Re-Walk the Long March" organized by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, it has won various news awards many times.
