The lecture was held in Classroom 404 of the Second Teaching Building of Maritime Economics and w88. Nearly a hundred teachers and students from the Maritime Economics and w88 E-Commerce major attended the lecture. The lecture was hosted by Zhou Jun, deputy director of the Maritime Economic and w88 Industry-Academic-Research Cooperation Office.
Professor Ning started from the rise of the e-commerce platform economy, introduced the legal regulation of the platform economy, and put forward relevant suggestions for corporate compliance construction; elaborated on the scope of application of the "E-Commerce Law", its possible impact, the regulation of platform rules, and the requirements for corporate compliance construction; analyzed the e-commerce return policy and the mandatory disclosure of format contracts; described the format clauses in daily life and the evaluation standards of "fairness and justice".
Professor Ning’s lectures were rich in content, vivid cases, thorough explanations, humorous language, and good interaction. Students felt that the lectures had a guiding role in the operation of e-commerce platforms, and aroused a strong desire to learn legal knowledge.
In the future, the Hainan Institute of International w88 and Economic Cooperation will invite more outstanding teachers from the University of International w88 and Economics to hold academic lectures at Hainan Economic and w88 units to consolidate the all-round cooperation between the two universities and better serve the construction of the Hainan Free w88 Port.
