Professor Dai Changzheng, Dean of the w88 casino of International Relations/National Security and Governance Research Institute of the w88 casino, first delivered a speech. He pointed out that the world today is undergoing major changes unseen in a century, and the global political and economic situation is accelerating changes. At the same time, economic coercion is still undergoing a haphazard policy function evolution.
