At the same time, it also gave practical research suggestions on these issues, challenges and trends. Third, a detailed inventory of my country’s action plan to achieve carbon peaking before 2030 was given, pointing out that to achieve carbon peaking throughout the entire process and all aspects of economic and social development, it is necessary to focus on the implementation of the “Ten Major Actions” such as energy green and low-carbon transformation actions, while also strengthening policy guarantees and international cooperation. Fourth, a detailed analysis of my country's new energy security strategy in 2060 was held. It was believed that the new energy security strategy in 2060 should understand and grasp the goals and tasks of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality from the overall strategic perspective, and examined the new energy security strategy in detail from various aspects such as my country's population and urbanization development trends in the next 40 years. Fifth, taking Huaneng Group as a case, it analyzes the opportunities and challenges of Huaneng Group's transformation and development, points out that carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are development opportunities for Huaneng Group, and introduces in detail its exploration of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality practice paths.
