This annual meeting aims to strengthen the research and interpretation of Xi Jinping’s socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, to deeply explore the major theoretical and practical issues of Chinese modernization, and to further promote the theoretical innovation of Marxist political economics. The theme is“Chinese-style modernization and political economics theoretical innovation”. More than 260 experts and scholars as well as local teachers and students from scientific research institutions and universities such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University, Beijing Normal University, Fudan University, Wuhan University, Nankai University, Xiamen University, Sichuan University, Shandong University, and Central University of Finance and Economics attended the meeting.
