Professor Shi Junzhi has successively received a PhD in history from the w88 casino of History of Beijing Normal University, a PhD in law from the Law w88 casino of Renmin University of China, a PhD in economics from PBC w88 casino of Finance at Tsinghua University, and a PhD in actuarial statistics from London City University. He has served successively as deputy president of the London Branch of the Bank of China, assistant to the president of the China Merchants Bank Head Office and president of the Tianjin Branch, vice president of Orient Asset Management Company, deputy president of the Bohai Bank Head Office, and general director of the postdoctoral research station of National Trust Co., Ltd. Professor Shi serves as a researcher at the Institute of Finance of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a distinguished researcher at the Institute of Law, vice president of the China Infrastructure Optimization Research Association, vice president of the Western China Research and Development Promotion Association, director of the Currency Legal History Research Center of South China University of Technology, and other social positions.

Later, Professor Shi Junzhi shared a speech titledLecture on the theme of "The Origin of Law and the Origin of Currency". Professor Shi discussed the origin and mutual relationship between law and currency from three different perspectives: the origin of law, the origin of currency, and the relationship between law and currency.
Professor Shi proposed and elaborated that the earliest currency and the earliest law were produced almost at the same time. For example, the Ur-Nammu Code in the Mesopotamia and the laws of the Yao, Shun, and Yu periods in ancient China were both accompanied by currency. Law and money are both developing and ever-changing concepts. Money is the measure of value, and law is the measure of behavior. The law gives currency the function of a value measure, and currency is a quantitative means in law enforcement. Law and currency are closely related. Weights and measures are the measurement methods for weighing currency. With the unification of weights and measures through laws, weighing currency was born. The unit and standard of weighing currency are determined by law. At the same time, the law also uses weighing currency as a quantitative means of rewards and punishments.
Professor Shi emphasized that currency and law develop together, constantly evolve, influence each other, and restrict each other. With the development and evolution of currency, special currency legislation gradually evolved. From then on, the development of currency and related laws will continue to move forward in a new balanced state.
