Based on the theoretical framework and practical experience of industrial chain supply chain resilience, this topic deeply analyzes the influencing factors and mechanisms of industrial chain supply chain resilience, and proposes implementation paths, safeguards, and countermeasures and suggestions for improving the resilience of China's industrial chain supply chain.

Professor Wang explained in detail the impact and internal mechanism of the digital economy on the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain from aspects such as research hypotheses, theoretical models, and empirical results. He pointed out that the development of the digital economy can effectively promote the upgrading of China's manufacturing value chain, among which digital industrialization has the greatest positive promotion effect, followed by industrial digitization and digital infrastructure.

He first introduced the background of the PEF supply chain issue, and analyzed in detail the main content of the Biden administration’s external supply chain initiative and possible issues on the PEF supply chain. Finally, based on the analysis of the external development environment, its impact on my country's industrial chain and supply chain and its response suggestions are put forward.

Teacher Deng pointed out that in the context of the restructuring of the global industrial chain, analyzing how to better stabilize greenfield investment in China and assessing whether my country is currently facing industrial transfer risks and their sources is of great significance to discussing the security of industrial chain supply chains. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the impact of greenfield investment in China, she looked forward to the possible development trends of future industrial relocation.
