He also talked about Sino-Russian educational cooperation and exchanges, Russian higher education reform, Russian constitutionalism and other humanities education issues based on his deep expertise in the field of law.
Professor Shahlai’s lectures were in-depth, engaging, and sometimes quoted. He used Russian proverbs and related words and phrases in Chinese to discuss.
